FINALLY read this speech. Thank you for posting it. I've heard Dr. Jeremiah Wright a couple of times in undergrad, and remember noting him as EXCEPTIONAL, energetic, inspiring. Really just, I mean, we're talking about impassioned black leadership here. Ah, America...in our private camps we talk all this race stuff, and it's good what Obama is doing, getting us on the same page, slowly, slowly. I understand that for the youngest Americans this race thing is less of an issue. For the oldest Aericans, it's often too painful of an issue. Hot. FINALLY read this speech. Thank you for posting it. I almost saw a glimpse of tears in his eyes for the first 10 minutes... The reason I like Obama is that he always seems to touch every area that needs to be addressed...hopeful!
