		<description>Personally, I don&#039;t think this matter needs a war at all. I think that there can be a diplomatic separation of the North and South. The Northern leadership can provide a settlement agreement to the Southern leadership, outlining the price of the separation. Like a divorce agreement. I think the South should pay the North whatever they ask in exchange for the separation, including an fixed percentage of oil revenues. The arrangement could even be to sign agreements guaranteeing the north that it will get the exact dollar amount of oil revenues northern states are currently getting for 50 - 100 years. In exchange, 2 new separate countries are formed and everyone is made whole. The North gets the oil revenue and an Islamic state. The South gets its freedom to achieve its potential.</description>
